Aspora Brand Lab

- AI workflows
I conceptualised, designed and built Brand Lab as an internal React app for Aspora’s brand and marketing team. The idea was to give the team practical tools for producing creative work while keeping Aspora’s brand consistent across different outputs.
I built repeatable design decisions into the workflow through reusable email blocks, prepared mockup scenes and shared asset libraries. Teams can shape the content and imagery within that structure, using AI to explore and refine ideas while reviewing the final output themselves.
Team and role permissions organise access. Email Studio, Photo Studio and Mockups Studio show how these shared foundations become tools for everyday brand and marketing work.

Email Studio
Email Studio makes it easier to create emails at pace while keeping them clean and consistent. Existing email builders felt clunky, with too much effort spent maintaining layouts and brand details from one email to the next.
I built a library of reusable HTML components covering body blocks, headers and footers, with the variants, mobile responsiveness and editable properties the team needed. Teams can assemble and customise emails within a consistent structure, then copy the finished HTML.
For header imagery, I built a creation workflow that combines generative AI with manual control. Teams can generate visuals and adjust the result themselves, bringing the imagery and email layout together in one tool.

Photo Studio
Photo Studio is an engine for effortless brand photography, with Aspora’s art direction, preset use cases and personas built into the generation workflow.
Different image models have different strengths. I designed the workflow to bring those strengths together, using each model where it performs best. Shared base prompts keep the output aligned with Aspora’s art direction throughout the process.
Integrated upscaling and image processing refine detail, texture and resolution for a natural, photographic finish. The results live in a shared library, giving the team an ongoing supply of brand photography without the weeks of planning and substantial budgets that traditional photoshoots require.

Mockups Studio
Mockups Studio extends Photo Studio into a browser tool for creating product mockups. AI-generated scenes show people holding and using phones, while a vector placement workflow lets the team drag and drop any design into the screen.
The key challenge was preserving the interface exactly. Asking an image model to recreate a screen introduced inconsistencies in text, layout and detail. I solved this with a vector-based placement workflow that fits the original design precisely into the phone screen, keeping the interface pixel-perfect within the generated scene.
The team can reuse scenes with different screens or generate new settings, creating an ongoing supply of realistic, in-hand app mockups through a simple drag-and-drop workflow.

Brand Lab also includes studios for video editing, ad creation and more. It continues to be a playground for exploring new workflows, evolving with the team’s needs and the opportunities we discover along the way.
